Thread: Difference between the inner page & home page SEO

Hello, Please do share your experiences regarding the inner page & home page SEO. Is there any difference in doing the submissions? Why the inner pages of a site do not get picked up quickly by the search engines?

There is no such difference in optimizing inner pages or homepage differently SEO remains same for both but the fact is people target more the Home Page because ultimately the site is known from the gateway i.e, the home page's attractiveness and informativeness

There is no difference between inner page seo and home page seo. You can do in same way such as you do for home page.I think something wrong with your statregies. Please concentration to create quality links from high PR sites.

Even you can easily optimeze the inner page. Because it is relevant with your keyword.

There are lot of difference between Homepage and Deep-links or inner-page...It's not easy to target the deeplink...deep-link will take more than time taken to bring the position of homepage..if once you have got good position of deeplink then it will be standard...mostly the search engines first target the homepage of every website..so first we have to focus on this homepage..then go with deeplink..

There is not so big difference between the home page and the inner page SEO for any website, but its difficult to do the SEO for inner pages as some sites does not include your inner pages links. But it does not mean that you can't do SEO for your inner pages. You will have to work a little hard try to find the good sites and the relevant keyword related to your inner page. Keep posting links and generate your links that redirects to your inner page. There is no different method to do the work, but the thing is it will take some time as the SEO is long process and you will have to wait always for the best results.

Home page is the main landing page which is registered. And generally we called our website with the name of home page only due to this home page is well known by everyone.
There are so many inner web pages and we can not remember every one due to this there is little bit difficult to rank that web page.
But this is not impossible we can rank inner page as well as home page. hope you understand.

I think in home page main keywords is very important, then internal page is target sub keywords. In another way very few difference in both either not any difference.
