The Meta keywords in a web page outline the key words that best describe the content of your web page, don't put every keyword you can think of into the keywords meta tag, only use keywords that appear in the content of the page. Very few search engines pay any attention to this tag nowadays.

The main text is one of the key content areas of your web page. It is the key area where you can influence the frequency of a keyword or phrase on your web page. The visible text on your web page is the single most important factor for search engine optimisation.Relevance of text used as it corresponds to keywords in your meta-tags. Special weight is given to formatted text, such as headings, bold text and text contained in links.

The internal links connecting various pages in your website are important for both search engine spiders and visitors to navigate through your site. Links must be easily accessible and intuitive to follow.
