i think using Fireform from fire fox can help your directory submission easy... you'll need to input all the details in FireForm then in one click all the details are in the right place.... it's an add on tool from firefox :D

Try using iMacros, it is Firefox plugin used for automated submission. Just be careful of your directory submission don't over 100 submitted within one week because Google will ban your site.

Manual directory submission is much effective and provides accurate and quick results for you

Semi Manually is the best most reliable way, What does semi manually mean ? It means you use a problem like robo forms which will fill in the data for you and then you do it your self , choosing the best directories etc.
