Thread: Are You A Blackhat SEO?

Most webmasters can't really admit to themselves that they actually do blackhat techniques in boosting their website's traffic. Just a friendly reminder that once a webmaster/web developer is too desperate to make their website be recognized by major SE's in a short period of time, there's a good chance that you're actually violating already the whitehat process of site optimization.

Do you consider yourself then? Why is that?

I really can't say I'm a black hat seo because I haven't done yet any hardcore breaking rule in search engines. I think I prefer to call myself a grey hat one.

I think most of us are grey SEOs. Is posting links on a forum like this white hat? I don't think so. The whole SERPs manipulation is quite a black hat for me.

Yes, sometimes but as much as I can do white hat technique, I stick to it.

I tends to be gray hat. Sometimes white. Sometime black. However, I prefer to implement white hat techniques.
