Arrow Yahoo Using Bing.com's Search Engine??

I heard that Yahoo has or is going to join with MSN ... and are going to start using bing.com for there search results...

I have two question's can anyone verify this or is it just a rumor?

And if this is true.... Great! Does this mean no more having to submit your site to yahoo's directory just to be listed in there search results?

Actually I also heard that story/rumor that's why I am a little bit alarmed because most of my handled sites has no index in bing. Can any one here knows how to optimize sites for bing?

I doubted. Isn't bing just an upgrade of MS. Why would it now suddenly join with yahoo?

I think it would be better if they combined their data rather than using one or the other. That's, in my opponion, the only way they'll truly compete with google.

Since Bing launched with great fanfare and a $100 million ad campaign in June, it has gained 1.4 percentage points. This is movement in the right direction, certainly, but it's not enough to matter. The combined Bing-Yahoo, meanwhile, lost almost half a point of share in the month, dropping to 28.2 . So Just concentrate on Google it takes very much time for Bing-Yahoo to Grow.
