Accordingly to a study made by seroundtable.com 77% of SEOs Say Real Time Results Are Spammy. They have made this study asking the participants if they found Google's real time search results to be spammy. 77% said the results were either very spammy or somewhat spammy.

thanks for the info. truth and I believe G was still on progress filtering the results to deliver a more accurate results for the visitors at the same time giving those spammers a hard time to manipulate the results.

Yes, this is true. You can create very useful rss feed in google alerts for every keyword to see mass of spam.
