We know "Backlink" is the best way to get the best of SEO in a site. With Do Follow and No Follow. But who know which the best ways to get great SEO.
NO FOLLOW OR DO FOLLOW?

If you're asking about which is best for your SEO effort, the answer would be dofollow. Though I don't nofollow serve no use at all. In fact, you don't have to care about if the link is nofollow or dofollow when all you want is to get direct traffic referrals coming from other sites.

Dofollow gives you both traffic and a backlink (good or bad - depends on the site you're posting your link on)
Nofollow - just traffic.

I really think that between do-follow and nofollow must be a balance, so that the link building campaign should look more natural. And other things, what if in a couple of months nofollow becomes dofollow? Who is going to loose? :)

Can't agree more. Yeah, that's true. And sometimes dofollow links turn nofollow (depending on the webmaster administering the site if he really cares about it.)

as long as the IBL is related and quality, dont mind even if its a nofollow type link. On the other hand, relevant and quality on a dofollow type is the best thing to have.

Actually there is a significant difference between the use you make of 'No Follow' and 'Do Follow' and it gets, here, unnecessarily complicated because it comes under the province of Page Rank sculpting. Quick explanation: In the Google Algorithm there is a very complicated progression of link degradation which is designed to stop the creation of a feedback loop where a page passes PR to another page which then passes it back to the original page reinforcing it which then passes it back to the other page and so on.

PageRank Sculpting is designed to safeguard the PR of specific, key pages, through the NoFollow link tag. It is hard to manage and only used after careful thought but you understand, hopefully, now its real value.
