Facebook introduces the Community Council to moderate user's contents

Facebook will create a Community Council to sanction the publication of inappropriate content in order to moderate users. Currently, the project is in testing phase.
The Community Council will be made of a limited number of selected users, that will receive special tools for selecting and sanctioning inappropriate content.
It's not yet known how the selection of the users who will represent the Community Council was made.

it would be extremely difficult to monitor content generated by people across the globe and then what will be the benefit. If you put too many restrictions your customers will move else where. Thus who loses in the end??

content generation is a tough job and checking the contents all across the web is not easy but if this task is undertaken then it will rock the page ranks for sure...

facebook is starting to have its own country or world. putting laws and "police". i think it's all good as long as they don't go overboard.. just wondering, would cursing be bad in fb now???
