i am not sure about digg as i never get huge traffic from that but yes i dont think stumble upon traffic is much worth i mean if you juts want to show traffic to your client than its fine else u will not get other benefits than hits

They are both good social bookmarking sites. But personally, I prefer Digg because it has higher Google Pagerank adn it is more user-friendly.

StumbleUpon and Digg are the site having more traffic but facebook is also having he same. I prefer stumbleupon , Digg and reditt.

From my view face book and twitter gets lots of traffic for my site. I had not yet tried digg and stumble.
