Facebook changes view of photos
Facebook announced improvements to the photos section. This feature makes viewing photos more enjoyable.
Bigger photos
Form now every Facebook’s user can see larger pictures, clicking them at the top of timeline. Also users can find shots they were tagged in using the menu.
Showcase photos you like
Facebook users can simply show friends favorite photos by clicking the star button to make the important photos stand out.

Yes and it seems interesting because people were getting bored from old design so that's why facebook is upgrading itself on regular bases.

The FaceBook addicts that I know were mad when FaceBook rolled out a major update sometime ago (heck, they only started using timeline when FB forced it on 'em or something). However, there were new features which they liked and I'm guessing this might be one of them (although it's not something they'll say, "Ooh La La" to).
