Is there any host that offers reselling, which is based to your clients. You don't have to pay for the hosting, but you pay like 60% of all money you make?

I think you are looking for an affiliate scheme. Most hosts will have this and will pay you alot of money for each sign up you get them.

There are loads of affilate reseller providers out there. Just Google free reseller hosting
You will get plenty of choices.

If you see that no body will do it untill you make a custom agreement (Business Proposal) with some host. Its about you are doing marketing for them under your brand and sharing revenue with them instead of getting paid or making payment for the services you are going to sell.

Try to talk with some host may be someone can help you.
