For some reason although I've posted some replies my count ( for posts) stayed the same.
    Any idea why?

Post in off topic forums such as forum lobby etc do not count, only post in serious discussion counts.

    Thanks

If you make meaningfully contribution to relevant forums and sub forum your post count will increase. If you post just to increase your post count you will get no where and eventually get banned.
