UK property prices keep falling according to new information released by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics). The number of sales per estate agent fell to 10.1 when compared with previous months when the average was 10.6 sale per estate agency.


This was the lowest level ever recorded since Rics started they survey in 1978.
