·Service marketing involves building relationships and working together with clients.
·Service providers must be more selective when choosing prospects.
·Objections can be warnings rather than something to be overcome.
Pricing differs with projects.

One of the main differences between products and services is that a service is dependent not only on the company but also on the customer and that it is an ongoing process.
