I was just wondering. I've seen so many e-commerce softwares with different or almost similar features but I can't put my finger on what is truly needed by a person who's planning to own and run an e-commerce store. What are the functions they must have to maintain their online business? What reports or tracking do they really need so that it helps their online business? Some software offer so many tools that I find it more confusing than useful.
