I have etrade debit card and i think it cant withdraw money out anymore from malaysia atm machine. Etrade also provide wire transfer the money to malaysia personal bank account but the fee is $25 flat. The process is quick difficult and take time. I try also with moneybookers site that can also wire transfer the money to malaysia personal bank account and the fee is cheaper that etrade wire transfer but the problem is i cant add my visa debit card to moneybookers. So like to know is that anyone have successful withdraw out the money by using etrade visa debit card to malaysia personal bank account? Or where can i find a online payment system like moneybookers that i can upload the money from my visa debit card and wire transfer it to my malaysia personal bank account. Thanks
