The best e-commerce software?

I wonder which is the best forum software? And why? I have heard about magento, Zent Card, OsCommerce, etc. What is the best one?

I think you mean the best ecommerce software. I actually do not believe there is such things as the best ecommerce software, it really depends on what you want to sell and how you want to sell it.

To be completely biased I will say Boss Cart is the best shopping cart software, this is not based on objectivity, I am saying this because I work for Boss Cart

Another response to your question will be to list as many shopping carts as possible and let those who have tried them come and say what is good about the shopping cart, here are a few shopping cart I remember off hand:

Able Commerce
Actinic
Cubecart
Erol
Magento
OSCommerce
Virtumart
X-Cart
Zen Cart

and many more...

The "Best Ecommerce Content Manageent Script" (not software) is one that suits the needs of the business, not one solution fits all.

Therefore the Best eCommerce CMS is a Bespoke, Custom developed system made for the company following their specifications.

If your looking for my opinion on the software out their, Id have to go for OsCommerce as when setting one up for a client this was the one that meet most of their requirements, and the one I have most experience with.

Bosscart seems ok, from the demo though product pages are four pages deep. This has a negative impact on search engines.
