High Google PR in UK

Hi, can anyone tell me how to get good google PR on google UK search.. (www.google.co.uk)? I have been trying to get as many backlinks from uk tld but that seems to get met now where till now.. I have about 20 links..

Also, I know I need more links but I have run out of websites now.. can someone point me to UK website and directories list form where I can get links back to my website?

Search in google by pr and you will get all you want from Google

you try to use some plugins to check page rank ....

Your site should have some keywords which are geo-based. i.e keywords which have no relation with locations. For example if your keywords is "best seo in us", then there are less chances that your site will feature in uk search results.

Set the geographic location in your Google Webmaster Tools account, log in to Google Webmaster Tools, click on the "tools" tab, select "set geographic target" and choose your country from the list.
