How to optimise for Bing UK?

I need to improve my traffic form UK, right now I am getting a very few visitors like a 100 or so.. how do I improve this.

Would it help if I cloned my website on a .co.uk domain .. and then target that specifically to UK meta tags.. etc? would that create issues with search engines..

I usually just do seo in general, and I think it also affects not just for google, but yahoo bing and also, as well as other search engines

Bing is a clever new search engine that is based upon a new form of search algorithms, unlike google which gives preference to unique content sites and sites with a high number of good quality backlinks. Bing seems to give more credit to authoraitve links from trusted and aged domains, rather than give credit to unique content.
