I would assume that you are not ranked well, but you are only concerned about the traffic that you are not receiving. The first thing that I would do is to do relevant blog commenting. If you are leaving useful information you may get some traffic back to your site. The other thing would be the forums. Make sure that you are using your link signature when you are allowed and once again post good information. If you are not ranking well at this time, the best way for you to get traffic will be building links that will help you. Concentrate there and on the content that you are providing and you should soon see some results.

yes i agree with you and just want to add one more thing that for Search engine point of view good website is unique contents with keywords, with proper use of Tags, h1, Title, Meta images and also with good strong links
