    Default Best Free Image Manipulation Program?

    What is the best, easy to use, image manipulation program that you have found?

    I've been using InfranView for a while now, which is reasonable, but I'm looking for something a little better. It's fast to load which is great, but has a couple of annoying bugs and lacks quite a few options that would be good to have.

    best free one is gimp the best one is photoshop

    I think if you choose open source or free software I will go to GIMP. If I'm rich and able to pay licensing I will go to photoshop.

    GIMP sounds like it's a popular one, I think I might check it out. :)

    Yes, GIMP is a best alternative to Photoshop, however, I suggest you to buy Photos and feel real power of designing ;)

    @goodpeoplegives @steven Photoshop is not a free image manipulator software :) I think Adobe has not offer free Photoshop licences arround :)

    A very good photo editing software that is very close to Photoshop in fuction is .net Paint that you can find it HERE.
