Thread: Bad experience with bluehost.com

i have Bad experience with bluehost.com.

its just because 1 of domain shor7.com. (a shortening url script)
they said i can host the shor7.com in their host, because many of my user use it for spaming and it violating the tos.

they give me 2 weeks to remove shor7.com to another hosing company..
ok, i agree. if that what it takes, then i will move it shor7.com before the time bluehost give me.

i just remove shor7.com before the time in 1 december 2009, but they still delete all of my domain in my acc without telling me and without giving any buckup file.

that was very bad experience to me to host my domain in the hosting not friendly like that.

i not recomended bluehost because deleting my whole acount, even i do cooperative action with them.

Did you complain to them?
