My friend who have just went out of the great problems created by their former host giga-international, based in germany asked me to post this information whether I go to forums, and I do it.

The thing is really awful:

Friend and his partner ordered a (or even several?) dedicated server from the named host to be supplied with 100 mbps channel, and were surprised when their real performace appeared to be ten times lower!!! The support they tried to contact while thinking of some technical mistake, has made their suppositions turn to dust when they appeared to be unreachable and rude when finally answered. Naturally, no refund, and a great loss of hundreds of Euros, business plan ruined.

People, be attentive while choosing providers! Especially when you see giga-international!
