The price is reasonable, but you the price shouldn't be a deciding factor because not all companies are reliable.
Nothing bad about mentioned company, but I think that it will be productive for you if you widen the range of your search because you will find the most appropriate option by readying reviews and comparing many offers.

That is right, even attarctive price,. but currently some companeis running lots of promotions so you could even have cheaper deals. For instance try looking up VPS solutions at natcoweb.com, currently being discounted by 75%.

I haven't found a VPS cheaper with the same amount of resources which just199 provides.
Think they are the right place for me.

IMO this is a fair deal. Check for semi-annual or annual pricing, you should be able to negotiate an even better price deal.
