Some friends would like to order VPS hosting solution and ask for help in this case.
they have done some search and found several companies that can meet all the needs.
Do you know anything about the relevant information?

First of all you have to know what do you want to host on that VPS. I have a long experience with VPS, some positive, some negative, but overall i can say i learn a lot. First of all if you have enough knowledge with Linux system, you can buy an unmanaged VPS (that is cheaper) and install on your own everything (honestly it's not difficult at all to do this, you can find a lots of tutorials available around).
If you need a control panel you have to take in consideration very seriously because this can affect the amount of memory you need for your VPS.
I have chose to manage my sites by hand and that decision has saved me a lot of trouble. I have installed, apache, php, mysql and phpmyadmin. That's all.
