Wanna have a VPS from ServerPoint.com. But they provide Guaranteed RAM and Burstable RAM - very confusing. What does it mean?

You can read about the burstable RAM here http://www.webhostingtalk.com/archiv.../t-570555.html
Burstable RAM is the amount of CPU that you can only use at peaks of your server processes, not always. I guess serverpoint.com online support at http://www.serverpoint.com/english/web-hosting.phtml can give you better answers. |

Are you looking into Linux or Windows deal from serverpoint.com, I wonder?
I guess Cpanel goes with Virtuozzo, but what virtualization technique is used for Windows? can anyone explain? |

I have found that ServerPoint.com provides :Plesk (starting at $8/mo)
cPanel ($15/mo) DirectAdmin ($8/mo) dotnetpanel (coming soon) cPanel requires 384MBs of RAM and plesk requires 512MBs of RAM. Not very high prices. |
