I vote for cPanel. It is flexible and powerful. It support many operating systems. cPanel is designed for the end users of the system and allows them to control everything from adding / removing email accounts to administering MySQL databases.

I love cpanel. User friendly...

My vote is cPanel but all depends on the kind of services you are using, say if you use Windows hosting Helm is more preferable, if Lilnux - cpanel.

Well, Cpanel is better than Helm and similar with Plesk. But with Cpanel i worked so I vote for Cpanel.

Plesk is also starting to "bite" a little bit from the market share. I see 1und1 using it on most of the servers for example.
