Good shared hosting company

I've just finished putting together my site and I'm looking for some feedback on what hosting company I should go with. There are so many out there. My primary concern is good support/customer service but I also don't want to pay 10 or 15 times more than I should be paying just to get that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Anyway, Go with Hostgator's baby plan at $9.95 a month. I have been with them for over 18 months now and am impressed with their service.
