That's good finding good used domains, but pagerank in expired domains is worthless. It is indeed a nice tool. But from my expirence, I have bought a few expired domains with PR. These are just multiple pagerank checker tools use iWebtools future pagerank prediction tool . It will predict future pageranks for site with more than 100 backlinks in Google. Majority have maintained some sort of PR. Maybe like 4 or 5 PR only due to the fact I did not develop them or build them up via link development,
