Have anybody used it ?

If you want to monitor your visitors, you can try to use StatCounter. It is free and invisible tracker.

What is the difference betwen this tool and Google Analytics??

I have not use the tools, but it is a web analytics, visitor tracking & hit counter for websites, and provides detailed page tracking and visitor analysis reports. It come with premium and free.
