Thread: What tools do you use before purchasing?

It'd be good to get a general consensus about things you look for in a site / domain before you buy it.
Is PR still important? Link backs? Search engine term rankings?

If we can get up a 'most wanted' list then it'll be easier to focus on improving what actually matters to people who are buying :)

Link backs = PR = Search engine term rankings, they affect each other.. And for me, this well validate how reputable the site is.

The other thing I would check are the previous customers feedbacks.. They just can't tell good news/things if they'd experienced bad.. And so it helps me decide..
