I looking for a tool through which i can check SERP of my site. My friend said that seocritique.com is a good tool for checking SERP rank. WebCEO is the best tools for checking the links and rankings quickly. You can try any of them.

Google webmaster tools is good as everyone is saying but it won't list all the links to your site for obvious reasons. I suggest you also use Yahoo's site explorer along with Google's to get a more accurate list of links to your site. Otherwise the suggestions are pretty good.

I use ZoomRank for all of my SERP monitoring. The reports export into native Excel files, and I can have them emailed directly to my clients. I have a rather large group dispersed internationally, and it's been the only true tool that I've seen work across locations. We had ran some desktop tools in the past, but it became a challenge once our volume increased significantly. I've also heard some good things about some free tools, as others have listed above.
