Hey guys google page rank is unpredictable..I have my website DiamondExotica dot com and when I used these tools to predict the page rank then they show me false page rank value..
Do not trust on these tools...

Google updates its page rank after 3-4 months and then you can see the page rank...

I think iwebtool .com predict the future page rank more precisely. The link.ezer.com also predicts the future page rank.

Most of the tools are created purely for fun or entertainment purpose and don't have a defined logic (Since Google doesn't reveal it's true algorithm for calculation of PR).
IMHO - focus on creating quality content and link building and don't bother about PR. Search Engines would drive traffic to your site based on content and no one really looks at PR while they click on a link.
