I heard about that the microsoft photoshop is used for cut the images....and letters and also update the images, descriptions.....
what is advantages over the microsoft power point and etc..........

Actually it's not Microsoft Photoshop, but Adobe Photoshop, or simply Photoshop, is a graphics editing program (also known as a DPP, Desktop Publishing Program) developed and published by Adobe Systems. It is the current market leader for commercial bitmapimage manipulation software, and is the flagship product of Adobe Systems. It has been described as "an industry standard for graphics professionals" and was one of the early "killer applications" on the PC.

This software can be use to manipulate images, photos, it's very used by the photographers, advertising agencies, ecc. It's not very hard to learn it, you can find tons of tutorials arround the internet for this.
