I'm not that good at programming, and the work "plugin" almost makes me cry :)). I searched with Google and now I am using 123ContactForm. It was easy to design a form and I just had to copy&paste the code on my blog.

ya if your using Wordpress it couldn't be easier. If it's a html template site then ya it's a bit harder to intergrate
