From above list, All in One SEO and google sitemap was already installed on my wordpress.
Don't forget to add MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer to your wordpress. It's very important to limit pinging. With this plugin, every update to existing post will not ping. As we know that too many ping will cause your blog suspended as spammer.

Platinum SEO pack also a good SEO plug-in.
