HowTo: Add social bookmarking buttons to your WordPress blog

If you have a WordPress blog or website, and you want to add social bookmarking buttons ti it, here is a simple tutorial:

A. The hard way (but with benefits in the use of blog resources)

To add Twitter and Facebook button:
1. First of all you must edit the "single.php" (In the admin interface go to Appearance => Editor and on the right side click on single.php); There you must put the code. You need to know a little HTML coding, this is why this solution is a bit complex. Just look and see if you know how to put a code in there;
2. What code do you insert? The easiest way is to put a AddThis.com button (if you do not need statistics, there is no need to create an account) and choose the services you want. AddThis.com is a solution used by many users, but has its disadvantage: It also promotes themselves first, it's not quite 100% free;


B. The easy way

The easy way is to put a plugin that adds social networking buttons. A plugin usually has more source code (and thus require more resources).
I recommend you one of the following three social bookmarking plugins for WordPress:

2. SexyBookmarks (my suggestion is to edit the picture with "Sharing is sexy") Is a plugin that looks very ok
