    Here are the basic steps:

    1. Login to you Wordpress blog
    2. On the left under Dashboard click Posts
    3. Then click add new post
    4. Insert the title of the post and the contents in the form that opens.
    5. Select a category for the post.
    6. Click publish
    You have add your first post to your WordPress blog.
