To me organic traffic matter, i never think from where its come. My preference is still Google just for one reason, if my keyword is at first place on Google then it will get me 500 times more traffic then Yahoo at same position. That is one of the main reason why we all looking for Google results.

My take has always been google is higher traffic but lower converting, this seems to be more the consensus of the places I have read

Yahoo consider quality..first, so might be yahoo results will be better than of Google!
