Do you think it would be good for webmasters if Yahoo and Google merged and became one?

No, its not good. If this happen they will create their own new rules and it deficit the visitors.

There is a lot of talk going on about what should or shouldn’t happen among prominent Internet companies as opposed to what actually is happening.

Interesting fact, but i don't think it will be good for both, they both have there particular place on Internet.

Hahah! That's a very nice analogy. Anyways, I don't Google and Yahoo! will ever merge. I agree with weblink, they both have a partilcular place in the web.
