I have a website which is developed using HTML and CSS only . Website contain only static webpages. I register my website to pay per click (PPC) here I not find any problem . It is register successfully. But I want to register my website to google adwords. I am tried for registering my website...

I have a website i want to make money from web advertising on my website. I have already use Google Adwords but I have no any idea about yahoo Ads Please give me procedure to register with yahoo Ads. My website have proper crowed and pepper constant and it is unique.
