Well I did Quite a lot of research on this already but I am still having some questions about it.

If I post a backlink to my webpage without any anchor linking to my subdomain blog post Will that rank its keywords? Lets say if you put a webpage link in your profile on forum you can't really add an anchor there.

I know that if you add anchor text at the same time, it Will increase anchor keywords but what happens when you can't do that? Naked link to my blogpost which is located on my page.

Your link keywords are also considered by the Google search engine when counting your rank. But what matters is that your anchor text keywords are matching with your content or not, as google concerns more on relevancy.
