You can monitor the current trends on Content Delivery Network usage at:

    Content Delivery Network Usage Statistics

It has an useful chart detailing CDN usage for the top 10,000, 100,000 and one million internet websites, also featuring coverage-totals percentage. The numbers are presented by month.

When you arrive to the site, you are presented data for 10K, 100K and 1M all at once. This makes 10K and 100K basically flat-line when displayed.

You can select each one individually to visualize a single group better.
