Cloud is an off-premise form of computing that stores data on the Internet, whereas a data center refers to on-premise hardware that stores data within an organization's local network.

Do not go to the sites that say top 10 hosting or anything of the likes because those are affiliate sites and for them the best host will be the one that pays them the most for passing you on to them.

Datacenter is an offsite storage center that consists of servers and other equipment needed to keep the stored data accessible both virtually and physically.
Cloud is an online storage system designed to fragment and duplicate your data across multiple locations.

Very firstly the term data center should get cleared. Data center are constructed in two ways, first is in-house and the other is third-party. In-house is nothing but where IT is maintained and managed by organizations technical professionals whereas on the other side organization houses the IT at a third-party data center and utilize their servers.

Cloud is nothing but it stores data on internet whereas Traditional stores data on physical hardware.

Cloud data center may refer to one word but it is actually not. "Cloud" is different and "data center" is different thing with a common factor that both store data.

Cloud can be accessed by anyone and from anywhere with internet connection, whereas data center is physical location with local connection.

Cloud is cost efficient, can be considered for startups or small businesses. Data center takes time to build but provides good performance.
