One of the best marketplace online for webmasters is the Marketplace at Digital Point. It is quite easy to post stuff you want to sell or browse the forum for stuff you want to buy without complicating registration process like you have at eBay or other marketplace.

It seem the simplicity also make it very attractive to webmasters who sell crap. Most of the link and blogpost sellers there seem to buy dropped domains, stuff it with loads of paid post and that is it. The very few genuine website owners are vastly outnumbers by the vendors of crap. To make matters worst, the vendors also have sub vendors under them so when you advertise a WTB, you have about 7 people offering you links on the same site at various prices.

Its a shame this find marketplace is being suffocated by this rubbish.

Temi,
You are absolutely right. DP is very large marketplace but it is very difficult to find a really good site, link....
Users who want to sell links write that their sites are HQ (High quality) but if fact it has many not related obl, stolen content and Title=domain name.

I don't want to say that on this forum everyone want to sell rubbish. You can also find good webmaster with high quality resources but unfortunately it happen not so often :(

That's one of the many reasons why I will never purchase a website from Digital Point Forums. I've seen people selling forums with over 100,000 posts on DP with copied/pasted content, databases that were sold hundreds of times, fake members that logs in daily, Photoshoped traffic stats (including earnings), you name it.

Don't forget the people that spams your inbox with unrelated websites that you're looking for.

Honestly, I don't think people will sell links on the websites that they call their babies.. (I know I will not)
Those are the types of websites that I might actually consider purchasing advertisements on or buying, anyway..

Yeah, your post about dating site, but you can find porn, escort, health.... in your inbox
I also have found a user who want guest post on PR4+ website. But when I asked him about his sites - he showed me PR1 and answered to my criticism (about only PR1) that he is looking for a PR4+ but in return can offer only PR1 :)

A few years ago DP used to be the best marketplace, but now it's filled of low quality offers and of persons who are only looking for cheap stuff, they don't care about quality.
