Yes, proper intake of fluid is very much essential for a healthy living. But we can also have water through food items like fruits, vegetables, juices etc. In certain diseases water acts as a medicine and lack of enough fluid level in the body may lead to serious health complications. But there is difference of opinion about the quantity of water to be taken in day. There is an 8x8 rule which states an adult should drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. But your requirement of water largely depends on a number of other factors like climate, your profession, type of food you take etc.

Water is the most important element for animal .We can`t live without water.7o% of our body have water.It keep our health free from disease .So we should drink more .Every day we should drink water 5-7 liter
That is how it is suggested and that is how much water does our body need. Again, it has an exception. Though drinking water is good for the body, but there are who don't have to take a lot of money for it is not good for their heart. Let's us always remember in every rule, there is an exception.

In my personal experience drink 6 to 8 liter water in a day is very good for health, Also Some health experts says drink more water make you more heather ,
Some benefits water help in weight less , water clears your skin, It fight with infection.
It makes your exercise better and most important thing is that water is essential for survival.
