    Vegetable is very important food for our health.Vegetable contain huge vitamin which are essential for our health.So we should eat more vegetable every day.

    We should intake more vegetables in our daily life. Taking more of vegetables produces more vitamins, mineral, proteins, that are very essential to our body. Especially the green vegetables are rich of high fiber and helps our immunity system to grow as well. Vegetables like mustard leaf, Spinach, collard greens and basella can be cooked as "saag" to produce more iron to body.

    Eating lots of vegetables and fruits every day is a must because these food are rich in fibre which is good for body. It is also a must to eat meat like white chicken meat or mutton every day so that you get enough iron.
