eCommerce works in such following steps:-

  1. Sitting at the computer and when customer tries to order something form internet online then web server sends the order to order manager.
  2. After this, order manager ask a question to database to find out whether the stock is available for the customers.
  3. If stock is not available, then they tries hard to make it available for the customer, other they supplies the order o the address mentioned by customer.
  4. After this, customer receives the order before that they confirm all the payments made by them through bank.
  5. Finally the order has been dispatched to the customer.
