It's really good topic you have post.

I suggest you should post your article in high PR article websites.

But if you want to submit one article in mulitple article website then spin your article body and title every time and submit in each.

And as per the my experience you should not go for that which i have discussed already. It's simple method which running in old days.

Nowadays you should published your 1 article in only 1 article website and do not published it in other. Because now google has changed thier alghorithm of cotent.
