We all know that there are Black Hat SEO and White Hat SEO. And there are many technics of Black Hat. Search engines doesn't like sites that use Black Hat seo but how do you think is it possible to do Black seo without spamming?

Yes. Spamming is only one of the many types of black hat SEO's. So specifically, you can do black but not through spamming but by other means like inserting hidden texts in your pages' content - putting some doorway pages etc.

For sure - there are lots of surreptitious and black hat avenues.

One old one and I don't recommend this, is to get the Google URL for your site in the SERP's and share that as a link. The link behind your domain in Google SERP's is actually directed through a Google App that tracks the user and search and is used for CTR and popularity.

Google now stamps the URL's but it used to be a great way to boost your rankings by hiding it behind anchor text. Or so I'm told. :)

Technically paid-for links aren't necessarily spam.

And neither is keyword stuffing. It can look spammy but its not necessarily the same.
